BIO

Grace Booth is a physical theatre performer, playwright, and teacher based in New Orleans, LA. She received an M.F.A. in Ensemble-Based Physical Theatre at Dell’Arte International and a B.A. in Theatre and Dance at Amherst College. Her work takes inspiration from the forces of nature, athletic engagement, character investigation, mask work, creative writing, and comedy.   A collaborative artist at heart, she co-founded international female troupe Til Lalezar Theatre in 2016 and is a co-author of anti-human trafficking play “Jane Doe in Wonderland.” She is a faculty member in the Drama Department at New Orleans Center For Creative Arts (NOCCA) and a Collaborating Artist with Uplift Physical Theatre.
